Creatine Monohydrate, or creatine, is a well-studied amino acid that occurs naturally in the body. It is also found in seafood and red meat. It's often used to increase muscle strength/mass and may also promote brain health. Those with diabetes, hypoglycemia or hypertension should consult with a clinician before using as creatine taken at higher doses may impact blood glucose and blood pressure levels.

Caffeine

Caffeine is of course a well-known stimulant that has been shown to boost energy levels and improve task performance. It is safe and widely used. Caffeine may cause restlessness and shakiness, insomnia, headaches, dizziness, fast heart rate, dehydration, and anxiety, especially at higher doses.
