I started using this Gel Tincture a few weeks ago and I really find it helpful. I’m supposed to take it as needed and I found that taking it every night right before I go to sleep ( I take 2 pumps ), helps me to sleep much better. If I wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back asleep then I will take it again.
